大旅游视角下目的地旅游系统分析——以舟山群岛新区为例

随着旅游需求多样化、资源丰富化、出游普及化的进一步发展，旅游与当地社会、经济、环境等各方面的联系更加密切和深入，对旅游的研究和管理就必然要跳出旅游本身，需要从旅游发展的大环境着手。在当前大旅游理念指导区域旅游发展的背景下，以系统科学为视角分析了目的地旅游系统，认为在重视旅游经济子系统的同时，需要将旅游社会子系统、旅游环境子系统和旅游规制子系统放在同等重要的位置，并对其进行了详细的解析。最后以舟山群岛新区为例，认为要实现当地海洋旅游跨越式发展，需要从系统各方面进行提升。

Destination Tourism System Analysis in the Context of Comprehensive Tourism -an Example of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area

With the closer context of tourism and destination economy, society and environment, tourism research and management should go beyond tourism itself and pay attention to development environment. This article analyzes the destination tourism system from the perspective of system science in the context of comprehensive tourism, holding the view that attention should be paid only pay to tourism economy subsystem, but also to tourism society subsystem, tourism environment subsystem and tourism regulation subsystem, followed with a detailed analysis on these subsystems. Finally, take Zhoushan Archipelago New Area as an example, the paper proposes Zhoushan Archipelago New Area should enhance all subsystems to achieve leaping development of local marine tourism.
