| 摘 要： | 期刊主编在期刊策划工作中起着十分关键的作用 ,概括起来讲主要有统帅作用、主导作用、规范作用和调整作用。这四个方面的作用与整个期刊的生存和发展是息息相关、密不可分的。期刊主编只有真正发挥好自己的作用 ,才能在工作中不断创新 ,促进期刊的变革和前进。
