| 摘 要： | 网络银行具有传统银行所固有的特征,还有虚拟性、灵活性、瞬时性等新特点。网络银行对我国现有法律制度提出了新的挑战。如何构建和完善更为有力的网上银行安全法律保障机制成为当务之急。现针对我国网上银行的现状系统分析建立网上银行安全保障法律制度的必要性。通过立法、加强监管、规范网络银行行为、加强网络银行技术标准来保障网络银行的安全。
