| 摘 要： | 绩效考评一直是企业关注的问题。为此结合通信企业的特点 ,就考评内容、考评工作执行者、考评的分类、绩效评估项目和权重比例、评估等级和控制比例 ,以及有效落实绩效考核等问题进行了探讨。
