关于价格竞争的思考

摘    要:发生价格战的根本原因在于供大于求的"买方市场"环境,技术进步、市场开放程度的提高等是企业发动价格战的宏观环境原因,经营理念、战略目标、战术手段等是企业发动价格战的企业经营战略层面原因;产品生命周期的不同阶段,价格战也成为企业间竞争的有力武器.但是,任何企业在准备利用价格作为竞争武器的时候,一定要分析:企业经营的产品是否适合价格战,企业自身的素质是否经得起价格战的考验,企业所处的市场环境是否适合于价格战.

Abstract:The primary cause of a price war is the fact that the supply exceeds the demand of buyer's market. In the macro-respect, technological development and improvement of the opening market are the environmental factors; in the management strategic respect, the reason comes from management idea, strategic goal and tactics; and at varied phases of product's lifecycle, price war becomes a powerful weapon for competition among businesses. Any business must analyze the following factors before taking the price as a weapon in competition: 1. Are the products fit for price war? 2. Can the business itself stand price war? 3. Can the market place of the business adapt itself to price war?
