| Abstract: | Reading is an important part of language teaching. Some studies by some linguists abroad shows that much more reading can help to improve the second language abilities. However, how about the outside reading activities of English majors? This paper makes a survey of the outside reading activities of some English majors and draws some inspirations from it for the actual teaching. |
