| 摘 要： | 国外对华采取的反倾销措施,严重阻碍了我国出口贸易的进一步扩大。我国屡次遭受外国的反倾销调查,有着国内外多方面的原因,找出这些原因,有利于出口企业能够正确应对国际反倾销,有利于进一步完善我国的反倾销法规体系。
