| 摘 要： | 自古以来,一些有远见卓识的政治家、思想家都十分重视官吏道德对社会稳定的重大作用.官德之所以对社会稳定具有重大作用,是同官德起作用的特点分不开的.社会主义国家的干部已不是传统意义上的"官吏",而是人民的公仆.因此在稳定是头等重要大事的当前,我们更要充分认识官员道德在维护社会稳定中的巨大功能作用.

| Abstract: | The statemen and thinkers who possess insight always pay attention to the important influence of social stability which has been affected by the officer morality since ancient times. Why officer morality has so important function is associated with its trait. The cadres of socialist country are not officers of old times, but the people's public servants. So we should realize the function of social stability which has been affected by the officer morality more adequately today, when stability is the first important thing we should do. |
