| 摘 要： | 生态旅游是新型的可持续发展的绿色环保旅游,生态旅游在我国起步比较晚,发展过程中出现了一些不利于生态旅游可持续发展的问题,必须通过生态旅游立法的不断完善加以解决。借鉴国外立法例,结合中国国情,可以实行分层次立法,在建立全国性《生态旅游法》前提下,各地方立法机构可以根据本地实际制定相应条例规章,规范生态旅游各利益相关方的权利与义务,确保生态旅游的可持续发展。
