| Abstract: | The relationship between the justice and benefit was an important cultural phenomenon which was made up by 4 fundamental parts: if there was not any benefit, man would not live; keep balance between the justice and benefit; prefer benefits to justice; made benefits favorable to countries. The culture on the relationship between the justice and benefit has an important modern value significance. |
