| Abstract: | The application of Revised SEFC calls for the reform of English language testing. Meanwhile, the increasingly acute contradictions between Revised SEFC and the present testing methods make it necessary to adopt communicative language testing. Communicative language testing will produce beneficial backwash effect to language teaching, thus improve the quality of English language teaching in senior middle schools. |
