| 摘 要： | 德国城乡等值化模式在中国南张楼村的实验，是一次对“经济欠发达地区的落后农村如何摆脱历史困境”问题的全新探索。尽管该实验在中国农村并没有显示出令人信服的普适性，实验本身也超越了德国专家理想中的中国农村建设标本，但它却是中国人为“三农”命题求解的一次独特实践，对于探索新的历史条件下社会主义新农村建设的启示和借鉴价值仍是非常深刻和巨大的。

| Abstract: | The experiment of German mode for the equivalence of urban and rural areas in Lanzhanglou Village of China has been a new exploration on how to relieve from the historical difficulties for the poor villages in the economically backward regions.Although this experiment is not of universal value for Chinese villages and the experiment itself has exceeded the sample for Chinese village construction in German experts' ideal,it is a particular practice for Chinese people to find the solution to problems in agriculture,rural areas and farmers.For the new socialist countryside construction under the new historical conditions,the experiment is of great value for reference. |
