成熟度模型可以帮助企业分析其业务流程管理现状及存在的问题，以便不断提高企业业务流程管理水平。首先描述业务流程管理和成熟度模型的涵义，分析了业务流程管理成熟度模型的研究现状，然后对该模型的外部结构进行了设计，包括初始级、可复用级、已定义级、可管理级和优化级五个等级；并且从评价指标体系、指标权重、评价方法、优化准则四个方面对模型的内部结构进行了详细的设计。利用该模型对某公司现有的业务流程管理水平进行了分析与评价，并提出具有针对性的业务流程优化建议。

Research on Modeling of Business Process Management Maturity

Maturity model is employed to recognize the management status and identify weakness in business process management to help enterprises to improve their business process management lever. Firstly, the definition of business process management and maturity model are introduced, and the research review of business process management maturity model is also discussed. Then, external structure of this model is designed which contains initial, reusable, defined, manageable and optimizing levers, and the internal structure of this model is constructed by evaluation index system, index weight, evaluation, optimization criterion. This model is also used to analyze and evaluate the business process management level of one company, and some advice is proposed for business process optimization for that company.
