| Abstract: | English teacher always pays more attention to the mutual relation of teaching, the pattern of system mutual cooperation regards the cooperation of teachers and students and teacher with student each other as basic power, the cooperation groups as basic form, the normal reference evaluation as standard, to improve the quality of teaching and learning by dynamic factor. |
