我国金融监管中的问题与对策分析

金融监管是中央银行的重要职能．在新形势下，我国金融监管乏力，各商业银行自身约束不够，金融机构审批管理混乱以及部分金融机构违章违规经营、招股增资管理混乱，帐外经营等问题，致使金融体系的不安全和不稳定因素增加，经营风险增大，因此，必须加强金融监管。对策是：强化金融风险监管意识，提高人民银行金融监管权威，构建金融风险防范体系，提高监管队伍整体素质，各金融机构严格自律，配合人民银行实现监管目标。

The Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures of China Finance Supervision

Finance supervision is one of the major functions of the Central Bank.In the new situation,China finance supervision doesn't work well;Commercial banks bind themselves improperly;the management of finance agencies approval is in disorder and some finance agencies manage against regulations;The disorder in raising capital by floating shares and management outside the accounts are quite common,so that the insecurity in finance system increases and management risks a lot,so we must strengthen the finance supervision.The countermeasures are as follows:strengthen the sense of financial risks;improve the authority of the people's bank supervision;form the lookout system;improve the quality of bank clerks.The finance agencies should be strict with themselves and cooperate with the people's bank to realize supervision.
