浅谈邓小平的公平效率观

公平和效率是社会经济的重要问题。邓小平同志以社会公平为目标,十分重视经济公平,他认为中国只有在社会主义制度下才能实现真正意义上的社会公平。同时,他又特别注重从生产力发展上解决公平和效率的问题:一方面,他把消灭剥削、消除两极分化、最终达到共同富裕作为社会主义实现公平的目标,但同时否定平均主义,重视经济公平;另一方面,他把解放和发展生产力作为实现共同富裕的前提条件,并始终如一地把发展生产力作为社会主义的根本任务。为此,消除绝对贫困,防止两极分化和加强法制建设,提供经济公平的环境,这些都是当前亟待解决的课题。

A Superficial Discussion of Deng Xiaoping's Viewpoints on Equity and Efficiency

Equity and efficiency are important problems in social economy.For the sake of social equity,Comrade Deng Xiaoping attached great importance to economic equity,and he considered that veritable social equity and co-wealth can be realized only under socialism in China.Meantime Comrade Deng Xiaoping paid attention to equity and efficiency by developing productivity.On the one hand, he set it up as a goal of social equity to realize co-wealth through eliminating exploitation and polarization while denying average and emphasizing economic equity.On the other hand, he set it up as a precondition through emancipating and developing productivity.In fact,Comrade Deng Xiaoping made productivity development as the fundamental task of socialism all the time.Therefore eliminating absolute poverty,avoiding polarization,strengthening the construction of legal system and providing economic equity become an important task that should be solved at the present time.
