| 摘 要： | 本文结合北京化工大学的教学运行机制,详细地论述了创新教学运行机制的前提是加强制度建设,创新教学运行机制的关键是构建创新人才培养体系,创新和完善教学管理运行机制是培养高质量人才的基础这三个方面,得出结论:提高教育教学质量的关键是创新教学运行机制.

| Abstract: | Introducing the teaching mechanism of Beijing University of Chemical Technology,the author expounds the following three aspects of teaching mechanism:strengthening the system construction is a prerequisite to innovation of teaching mechanism;constructing the system of developing innovatory personnel is the key to innovation of teaching mechanism;the innovation and improvement in teaching management mechanism is the basis of developing the personnel with high quality.To sum up,the key to improving teaching quality is making innovations in teaching mechanism . |
