基于AHP的研究生生源素质评价

分析了研究生生源素质的各种影响因素的作用权重。利用层次分析法,构建了三个层次(1个目标层、4个准则层和18个影响因素层)的研究生生源素质层次分析模型。计算结果显示,思想道德修养、良好的心理素质、创新意识和能力,以及宽广的知识等影响因素对研究生生源素质的作用大。同时,研究也表明,层次分析法可为研究生招生提供一个潜在的、有效的公共参与途径,为提高研究生招生质量提供参考。

Evaluating the Quality of Graduate Students Candidates Based on AHP

The paper analyzes the various influential factors to the candidates of graduate students.The decision analysis is conducted through three levels: objective,criterions,and the influential factors(AHP).In all,four criteria are involved in the different models.Eighteen influential factors to the candidates of graduate students are prioritized with respect to the criteria.Computation analysis indicates that some policy options,such as culture of thought and morality,fine mentality makings,consciousness and capability of innovation,and abundant knowledge and so on,are more desirable.This study demonstrates that the AHP offers potential for actual application as a public participation tool in the process of recruiting graduate students.
