| 摘 要： | 我国经济持续增长的同时 ,就业形势日益严峻 ,提高就业率成为我国经济发展中亟待解决的问题。大力发展职业技术教育 ,对劳动者进行技能培训 ,是增强劳动者就业竞争力、提高就业率的重要途径。发展职业技术教育应以市场需求为导向 ,以市场为导向作为发展职业技术教育必要性和可行性的前提条件 ,并以市场为导向构建职业技术教育体系。

| Abstract: | With the ever-lasting increase of economy in China,the situation of employment has become serious.Thus to raise the employment rate becomes the imminence-solved problem.The important approach to improve the labor's competitiveness and raise the rate of employment is to develop professional technological education strongly and train the labor's skill,which should be oriented by the market.To construct the system of professional technological education should also be under the guidance of the market. |
