| 摘 要： | 农业作为我国经济的基础 ,始终处在一种不稳定的状态 ,加强和改善农业保险业 ,保证农业经济可持续发展具有重要意义。为了改善当前农业保险的状况 ,强化农业保险的作用 ,国家应当尽快出台农业保险法 ,积极探索农业保险的经营模式 ,加强农业保险的宏观调控和政策支持。政府有必要对发展农业保险的方向和对策进行调整和改革 ,强化农民保险意识 ,并对农业保险予以适当的补贴支持。

| Abstract: | Agriculture, a fundamentals in national economy, has always been on unstable situation. It is importance to reinforce and improve agricultural insurance, ensure sustainable developments in agricultural economy. In order to deal with agricultural insurance and strengthen the function of agricultural insurance, the congress should draft a law for agricultural insurance, probe the insurance pattern in agriculture. Reinforce macroscopic regulation and policy supports. It is necessary for the government to adjust and reform the policy and direction in developing agricultural insurance, to enhances insurance conscious and conception, to giving proper subsidize and financial supports. |
