| 摘 要： | 哲学社会科学作为人类科学体系的重要组成部分,对社会发展和人类文明有着重要的推动与导向作用;在人类历史的发展中,与自然科学彼此交融,不仅起着“车之轮、鸟之翼”的作用,而且起着“车之头和鸟之脑”的作用,成为区域经济与社会全面协调可持续发展的“引擎”。
