| 摘 要： | 本文对奥林匹克知识产权的概念进行了界定,对其范围、构成、特征进行了比较研究,对当前存在的侵犯奥林匹克知识产权问题提出了解决思路,有助于促进和加强我国民众尊重知识产权的法律意识,提高知识产权的保护水平。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the conception of Olympic intellectual property, compared its range, constitution and characteristics. It brought forward thoughts to resolve the problem of encroaching Olympic intellectual property at present, which will help to accelerate and intensify law consciousness of respecting intellectual property, and advance the protection level of intellectual property. |
