| 摘 要： | 本文认为无权处分的传统定义应得到修正,并探讨了在物权变动立法各模式下的无权处分行为的含义及效力问 题,分析得出合同法第51条对无权处分规定的不足之处,笔者建议,对于我国的无权处分制度在上述各方面应得到进 一步的完善。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the definition of having no rights to dispose,and advocates that the traditional definition should be revised, then it discusses the specific meaning and effect according to the models of changing property rights. Furthermore,It makes studies on the 51st item of Contract Law of our country,and it offers suggestions on some defects. |
