| 摘 要： | 随着基因技术的迅猛发展,基因争夺战也愈演愈烈。发达国家不断掠夺发展中国家的基因资源并申请基因专利,发展中国家被迫采取各种措施保护本国的基因资源。随着世界经济一体化趋势的加强,各国在保护基因资源与授予基因专利的基础上,应该积极开发基因资源和参与国际合作,这是基因技术发展的长远之计。探讨基因技术国际合作中存在的伦理问题和应该遵循的一些基本伦理原则并提出合理的对策,是基因技术国际合作迫切需要研究的问题。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of genetic technology, the genetic war has grown more and more intense.The genetic pirates rob the developing countries of their genetic resources and apply for genetic patents,and the developing countries are forced to safeguard their genetic resources by all means.With the growth of economic globalization,countries in the world are expected to exploit genetic resources and take part in international cooperation actively,which will guarantee the long-term healthy development of genetic technology.This paper discusses the existent ethical problems in genetic research,and gives strategies and basic ethical principles to be obeyed in international cooperation in genetic technology. |
