| 摘 要： | 教师专业发展阶段的研究是学术界始终关注的问题。但从教学系统、自我系统和组织系统等角度层面来梳理探究教师发展阶段的基本内涵,目前尚未见到文章论述。本研究认为,教学系统能够完整描述教师在教学专业方面的思想意图与行为能力;自我系统能够充分揭示教师真实丰富的职业角色认知与情绪感受;组织系统能够基本反映教师不同发展阶段获取外界不同的评价与支持。
