论我国民营企业的利益保护机制

完善我国民营企业的利益保护机制取得了重要进展,表现在有关民营企业发展的制度体系、政策体系以及自我保护体系等方面。但是,我们必须看到,仍然存在着有关法律法规不健全、政策不完善、政策实施效果不佳、商业协会发展落后以及民营企业对政府的政策制定过程影响力小等问题。完善我国的民营企业利益保护机制,需要进一步完善法律政策体系、健全商业协会组织以及优化政府政策形成机制等。

Analysis on Our Private Enterprise Interest-protection Mechanism

Great progress has been made in perfecting our private enterprise interest-protection mechanism in terms of law system, policy system as well as self-protection system. However, we have to be aware that it still leaves much to be done in our law and regulation system, policy practice, trade association development and influence of private enterprise on the government policy-making process. To perfect our private enterprise interest-protection mechanism, law and policy system should be revised, trade association should be developed and government policy-making process should be optimized.
