我国女子高校发展现状、问题及对策

自改革开放以来．我国女子高校得到了较好的发展．形成了由独立设置的女子本科学院、女子高等职业学院和大学内设女子学院组成的女子高等教育分支体系。女子高校在探索女子高等教育规律、培养具有性别平等意识的高素质女性人才方面发挥着独特的作用，但也面临着办学定位有待明确、办学特色有待培育、师资水平有待提升、学科专业建设有待加强、经费投入有待落实、发展环境有待改善等问题。女子高校要加强战略规划和内涵建设，提高教师队伍素质和科研水平，改善办学条件和发展环境．从而更好地履行其使命和任务。

Deficiencies and Countermeasures in Women's Higher Education Institutes in China

Since the reform and opening up in China, women＇s higher education institutes have been undergoing rapid development. A women＇ s higher education system has been set up, consisting of independent women＇ s colleges, higher vocational schools and university-affiliated women＇ s colleges or schools. Women＇ s higher education institutes play a special part in exploring the regular pattern of women＇ s higher education and cultivating female talents with gender awareness. However, they also face such problems as indefinite running-school orientation, less educational characteristics, poor quality teaching, weakness in discipline construction, shortage of management funds, and unfavorable development circumstances. Women＇s higher education institutes must strengthen strategy planning, enhance staff quality and research levels, improve internal school conditions and external development circumstances.
