摘    要:小组工作引入中国内地已经有近20年的历史,这期间小组工作的教学、研究和实务都有了很大的发展。通过对有关小组工作实务和研究论文的研究发现,中国内地的小组工作的研究经历了从坐而论道走向实践行动的过程.研究论文无论在数量还是研究范围上都出现了迅速增长和扩大的趋势,小组工作教学也逐步走向成熟,同时,研究队伍相对比较年轻,论文的质量需要进一步提高,研究方法也需要进一步系统和规范。

Abstract:Group work has been introduced into the Mainland China for almost 20 years. Since then, great changes took place in terms of group work teaching, research and practice. Based on the data from CNKI, the paper reviewed and reflected the historical development of group work in China. It is found that the group work research experienced from reasoning to practice-oriented research, quantity and range of research papers increased sharply, and the group education became mature. Meanwhile, it is found the research capacity of group work educators is relatively amateur, the quality of research needs to be improved, and research methodology should be stressed in the group work education.
