| Abstract: | The basic question of the new rural reconstruction is the issue to guarantee the farmers＇ rights.The new rural reconstruction advancement will have positive effect on the consciousness,the system,the content and realization of the farmers＇ rights.And the perfection and guarantee of farmers＇ rights is the key to whether the new rural reconstruction can launch smoothly and has important advancement function to development of the new rural reconstruction. |
