The Ideology of the Rule of Law and the Construction of Legal Mechanism in Social Management Innovation

To construct a law governed society is the core value of social management innovation.So,with the development of China,Chinese government should try to manage the society more democratically and lawfully.That is to say,their administration should be based on the ideologies of human rights protection,democratic participation,fairness and justice as well as power controlling;and upon which,more others should be followed: to better the legal safeguard system of people’s interests and rights,to strengthen the law-based administration for a better operational mode and a better public participation mechanism,to promote grass-root democratic autonomy for a socialistic civil society,to perfect the pluralistic relief mechanism for civil rights and to broaden the judicial functions of courts.
