论马克思恩格斯“人”之诠释中的人权意蕴

众多研究马克思恩格斯的国内学者倾向于将马克思恩格斯的人权理论视为一种就资本主义人权理论而论的"人权问题上的形而上学或神话学批判理论",而对马克思恩格斯自身无产阶级人权理论的建构却没有给与关注。事实上,马克思恩格斯的人权理论并非局限于对资本主义人权的批判,而是立足于对资本主义人权的批判,并在批判中构建出了无产阶级人权理论的框架。马克思恩格斯人权理论的建构离不开马克思恩格斯关于"人"的理解和认知,确切地说,马克思恩格斯对"人"的全面考量内含着"人权"的无产阶级立场和共产主义图景。
