《周易》立心恒志说与儒家理想人格的塑造

立心与恒志是颇能体现易学心理学中心理动机的一对范畴。君子要立心以恒,而对圣人则要求能够感化人心,这就是立心的基本含义。所谓恒志是指由恒心所表现出的一种意志现象,体现出非同寻常的人格力量。而这两者对于儒家理想人格的塑造,具有十分重要的内在关联。因为要成为儒家所说的圣人,首先要立心恒志,这是包括孔子等人在内的易学大师们所一再强调的,因为任何人如果没有高远的志向和不懈的恒心,不仅不能成圣成贤,甚至连做一个正常的社会成员的资格也不具备。
