《大学英语教学指南》指导下大学英语教师教学与发展探讨

摘    要:《大学英语教学指南》指出,大学英语的教学内容和教学方法要体现灵活性与适应性,目的是改进教学效果,提高学习效率;同时,大学英语教师必须适应高等教育发展的新形势,不断提高自己的专业水平和教学能力。在建构主义理论、反思教学理论以及满足教师发展目标阶段理论的框架下,讨论了大学英语教学中需要建立有效的课堂教学理念,明确反思教学的重要性以及满足教师不同发展阶段的需求等方面的问题。在《大学英语教学指南》的指导下,对大学英语教师的教学与发展模式进行了有益的探讨。

Abstract:The Guidance to College English Teaching indicates that the content and methodology of college English teaching should have its flexibility and adaptability so as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of teaching and learning.And, college English teachers also need to cultivate professional abilities to adapt to new demands.Under the theoretical frameworks of constructivism, reflective teaching and teachers'' career development, this paper aims to discuss the effective teaching philosophies, the importance of reflective approach to teachers'' professional skills and teachers'' needs at different career phases.Hopefully, this could be an effective exploration into teachers'' career education and development under the Guidance to College English Teaching.
