| 摘 要： | 郭嵩焘是近代中国著名的洋务思想家和外交官。对西方文明的深刻认识是其外交思想的根源。并在此基础上形成了他独具特色的外交思想。主要内容包括超越“华夷界限”,向西方学习;主张“主和外交”与“诚信外交”。他外交思想的本质并非卖国投降,而是有非常大的开创意义。

| Abstract: | Guo Songtao was a famous theoretician of foreign things in china.Pass to the Perceptual and the rational cognition,established the foundation stone of the thought of it diplomacy.The thought of its diplomacy includes: Break the "The boundary between foreign country and china";learn from the western society;claim "the Peaceful diplomacy" and "the trustworthiness diplomacy";his theories of diplomacy is not commit treason to surrender,but have got a very big found meaning. |
