五年制高等师范教育改革与发展的思考

摘    要:五年制高等师范学校要适应基础教育课程改革和小学教师专业化的需要,发挥职前培养、职后培训和小学教育研究的三大功能,必须以科学发展观为指导,改进课程设置和培养模式,做到与时俱进、适应3个需要,更新观念、实现3个转变,正确定位、处理3个关系,提升层次、加强3个建设,确保人才培养的规格和质量。

Abstract:The five-year normal colleges are meeting the needs of primary curriculum reform and the specialization of primary teachers.The functions of it are cultivating students before their teaching practice, training teachers and doing!researches on primary education.Guided by scientific viewpoint,improving the curriculum and training mode are essential to ensure the quality of training program.
