| 摘 要： | 医学生良好的人际适应能力不仅是大学生活的需要，而且是将来走向社会的需要。团体辅导对提高医学生人际适应能力方面有很好的作用，主要有完善人际理念，增强团队凝聚力，预防人际适应障碍，增进交往信心等。另外，还对医学生怎样进行团体辅导等提出了合理化的建议。

| Abstract: | Good international adaptation is not only the essential for college students but also the key that they gradually step into the society. Group guidance has a special role in improving medical college students＇ ability of interpersonal adaptation. It can enhance students＇ team cohesion, improve their understanding of interpersonal relationship, grasp communicative skills and also help them get a better self-growth. |
