成人高等教育的现状与发展思路

文章通过对终身教育理论发展 实践的分析，指出成人教育反映一个学校的活力和适应社会需要的能力，强调成人教育在高 校的未来竞争中具有十分重要的意义；但成人教育在我国高校发展中仍然存在着认识上的偏 见、忽视成教规律、缺少经费投入、师资和管理力量薄弱等问题；为此提出发展思路，以期 更新观念，科学定位，加大投入，办出特色，进行深入教学研究和改革等等，以促进成人高 教的发展，适应时代的需求。

Reflections on the present situation and development of adult higher education

Through an analysis of the development of practice of life long educational theories in the world, the article points out that adult educat ion exhibits a school's vigor and ability to adapt to social requirements and ma intains that adult education plays an import role in future competitions of inst itutions of higher learning. However, there still exist some prejudices in under standing the adult education, such as neglect of adult education rules, shortage of funds and teachers, and poor management. Hence, the author puts forward some thought for further development to upgrade concepts, determine its position sci entifically, increase input, manage in a special way, further deepen reforms in teaching and research in order to promote the development of adult education and to meet the needs of the time.
