| 摘 要： | 21世纪人们的生活离不开互联网,互联网中的侵犯知识产权行为不断发生。目前国际私法中的侵犯知识产权行为的法律选择规则主要着眼于侵权行为地或最重要联系原则。这一规则同样适用于发生在互联网中的侵犯知识产权行为。
