| 摘 要： | 日本对高技术产业实行扶持和保护政策。美国由于其资本和劳动力市场高度发达,为高技术产业的发展创造了条件。法国高技术产业政策多为政府官员主观制定,缺乏对市场的研究与同私人产业专家的沟通,因此不很成功。比较三国在高科技产业领域的产业政策,对我国具有重要的启示。

The Comparison and Enlightenment of the Japanese, American and French High Technology Industry Policies |

| Abstract: | Japan has been executing the policy of supporting and protecting the high technology industry. Due to its highly developed capital and labor market, America has created favorable conditions for the development of the high technology industry. Most of the French high technology industry policies are not very successful. A comparison of the three countries high technology policies is of great revelatory significance to our country. |
