舟山大桥时代对高技能人才的需求与对策

高技能人才是企业核心竞争力的根本体现。目前,在舟山跨海大桥通车、即将步入后工业化时代的大背景下,经济社会发展提速,经济转型升级加快,对高级技能人才需求急剧增长,高技能人才不足问题更加突出,短缺现象极为普遍,已成为制约舟山经济社会发展的瓶颈,成为实践中亟待破解的重大课题。本文认真分析了舟山市高技能人才工作和管理取得的成绩,查摆了与舟山经济社会发展不相适应的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了可行性的对策建议。

Demand for Hi-tech Talents and Its Countermeasures during Zhoushan Bridge Time

Hi-tech talents are the support of industrialization,who are the prerequisite and basis to improve the capability of independent innovation,and raise the technological level and the fundamental expression of core competitiveness,which plays an important role in healthy development of economy and society.As Zhoushan Bridge is opened to traffic and the ＂isolated island＂turned into ＂peninsula＂,Zhoushan is about to enter post-industrial era.In the post-industrial era,the development of economy and society is fast.Because of upgrading the speed of economic restructuring,the rapid growth of demand for hi-tech talents is obvious.Shortage of high-tech talents becomes more prominent and common,which has restricted the bottleneck of economic and social development in Zhoushan,which becomes a major issue that must be tackled in practice.This paper carefully analyzes the achievements of jobs and management of high-tech talents in Zhoushan City,examines the main problems incompatible with economic and social development of Zhoushan and gives the feasible countermeasures.
