| 摘 要： | 全面实施综合素质教育就要求高校图书馆更好地发挥其信息库、文化源、服务器、学习场四大功能。馆员的素质高低是图书馆作用发挥和服务质量的关键。素质教育对馆员的素质提出了新的要求。高校图书馆必须把提高馆员素质作为一项重要工作来抓 ,采取切实可行的措施把馆员素质提高上去。

The efficient operation of the library and its service quality depend on the librarians' qualities and competence,the improvement of which has become the urgent task for college libraries. |
