| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育进入大众化时代,学生管理工作中的管理观念、管理模式需适应教育发展的需要。文章探析了ISO9000质量管理体系中"过程控制"和"质量改进"的理念在高校学生工作中的应用,探讨了学生工作过程管理的内涵,提出了学生工作过程管理的几个有效策略,这对提升学生工作质量、促进高校的管理具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | With China’s higher education into the popular period,the management concept and management mode in student management work must be adapted to the needs of education development.This article discusses the concepts of "process control" and "quality improvement" in the ISO9000 quality management system,applied in university students’management work.Meanwhile,the connotation of student process management is also discussed,and several effective strategies about the student process management are put forward in this paper.It is of an important practical significance for improving the quality of the student management work and promoting the management quality of colleges. |
