| 摘 要： | 平衡记分卡是企业战略管理的有效工具,价值链分析同样是战略管理的重要手段。提出了如何具体实施价值链战略的设想,将平衡记分卡引入价值链战略中,对其进行有效的评价和考核。首先阐述了平衡记分卡的内涵和特点,然后在分析价值链战略的基础上提出了将平衡记分卡引入价值链战略的具体方法。

| Abstract: | The balanced scorecard is an effective tool in enterprise strategy management,and valuechain analyse is also a very important method.The article proposes how to implement value chain strategy,takes the balanced scorecard into management strategic,and estimates and testifies it.The article also explounds the meaning and characteristic of balanced scorecard,on the basis of the analysis of the value chain the article propose the method of how to introduce the balanced scorecard. |
