| 摘 要： | 利用2007年统计数据,基于DEA模型,对四川省农村卫生服务效率的基本情况作出综合评价和比较,结果表明,四川省各地区农村卫生服务效率水平差异较大,虽然国家和四川省进行了大量的投入,但四川省民族地区农村卫生服务效率仍很低。随着医改的不断深入,各级政府要切实转变投入方式和管理机制,强化农村卫生的需求表达机制,加大区域卫生规划实施力度,健全农村三级医疗卫生服务体系及加大绩效评估力度,从而提高资金使用效率。

| Abstract: | The efficiency of rural health care services in Sichuan Province was analyzed with DEA model and the section data of 2007’s.the result shows that the relative efficiency of rural health and sanitary organizations differ greatly between different regions.The key to raising rural health care and sanitation service efficiency is to strengthen inner strengthen construction and to reduce resource investment. |
