我国退休年龄是否应该调整？——国内相关研究综述

随着我国经济的发展、社会的进步、科学医疗技术水平和生活水平的不断提高,人口的预期寿命不断延长,导致人口老龄化程度的不断加深,这给我国的经济发展、社会保障带来沉重的压力。我国现行的退休制度是19世纪50年代制定的,退休制度的一个重要内容是退休年龄,因而是否应该调整退休年龄也成为目前学术界讨论的热点话题之一。目前学术界的主流观点是我国应该提高退休年龄;但是,推延退休也面临一些矛盾,因此有学者提出目前应维持现行退休年龄。本文对正反两方面观点分别进行归纳梳理并介绍了退休年龄的调整方案。

Whether or Nor Retirement Age should be Improved

With the constant development of economy of our country,society and with the constant improvement of the medical engineering level science and living standard,the population's life expectancy expend greatly which cause the constant intensification of the aging population degree,this brings heavy pressure to economic development,social security of our country.Our country's present retirement system was made in the fifties of the 19th century;retirement age is the important part of the retirement system.Therefore it becomes a hot issue that whether retirement age should be improved.Nowadays,leading standpoint of same academic field is that we should improve retirement age;others,however,support to maintain present retirement age because improving it will bring some problems.This article has organized and summarized the positive and negative attitudes toward the phenomena in China's academia;proposed the scheme at reform retirement age in the end.
