| 摘 要： | 本文通过问卷和社会调查发现．社区老龄服务的供给与社区老龄服务需求之间的差距相差较大．而社区城镇化程度（如乡、镇、街道代表城镇化的不同水平）、社区经济发展水平、社区领导重视程度、社区财力投入、社区有无老龄事业规划、社区有无热心老龄工作的组织和人员、社区的人口学因素对社区老龄服务事业的发展有重要影响．作者认为发展社区老龄服务可以巩固和放大社会、家庭、个人的养老功能．
