| 摘 要： | 农村社会养老保险是我国步入老龄化社会必须要解决的难题,其解决涉及到农业现代化的实现,农村的可持续发展和社会稳定。多年来,许多学者在理论上进行了探索,但还存在不足;政府也进行了实践,但仍面临一些未曾预期到的问题。
