| 摘 要： | 生态文明建设是贯彻落实科学发展观、全面建设小康社会的重要工程,推进这项工程,既要加强生态伦理建设,也需要加强生态法治建设。在法理的维度,树立人本法律观、完善生态法律体系、强化法律生态保护功能等,是构建生态文明的基本路径。

| Abstract: | The construction of ecological civilization is the important project that China carries through and implements the scientific concept of development and builds a well-off society in an all-round way. To push forward it asks not only strengthening ecological environment ethics construction but also the construction such as promoting ecological rule-of-law construction. In the jurisprudential dimension, the basic roads which construct ecological civilization include in establishing the people-oriented legal view, perfecting the ecological legal system, and enhancing the functions that law protects ecosystem |
