宁夏与周边地区发展比较研究

西部大开发10年来，宁夏抢抓机遇，加快发展，经济发展水平显著提高。与周边地区及西部各省区比较，宁夏的环境情况、宏观经济竞争力、科教与创新、资源情况等相对综合排名较为靠前，对外开放、政府作用、产业发展、企业发展等相对综合排名较为靠后，宁夏发展仍存在瓶颈。因此，应扬长避短，破解难题，激活“后发优势”，培育市场体系，转变政府职能，加快体制机制改革，推进“工业强区、文化惠区”战略．努力实现跨越式发展。

Comparative Study on Development of Ningxia and the Development of Surrounding Areas

With the Western Development, Ningxia has been developing quickly. Compared with the surrounding areas, Ningxia has its own advantages and disadvantages. The environment, macro- economic competitive capability, science, teaching, creative capacity and natural resources of Ningxia are better than those of the surrounding areas. The pace of opening-up, the function of government, the development of industry is slower than those of the surrounding areas. Therefore, Ningxia should have clear understanding about its own problems, activate the potential advantages, develop the market system, transfer the government function, quicken mechanism reform, improve the developing strategies and try to achieve great-leap-forward development.
