大学新生的成功转型及探索

随着知识经济时代的到来,我国高等教育不断改革,迈入大众化、跨越式发展的时代。在新形势下,国家的竞争往往是人才的竞争,而高校所担负的培养高素质人才的重任显得尤为突出。对于大学生而言,大一阶段显得尤为重要。如何帮助新生成功转型,适应大学的学习和生活,培养他们良好的学习习惯以及创新意识,是摆在我们高校思想教育工作者面前亟待解决的重要问题。

The Study on the Successful Adaptation of Freshmen

With the era of knowledge economy coming,the higher educational system is reforming to be booming and popular in our country.As in the new situation the competition of countries is the competition for talented people,the mission for universities to foster intellects counts for more.For the college students,the first year at school is so important that our moral mentors must deliberate such issues as how to help freshman adapt to the college life and study,help them form good learning habit,and help them develop the creativity awareness.After analyzing the problems in their actual performances and the reasons,the paper proposes that freshmen can smoothly complete adaptation from senior high school to college with the helps respectively in ideological education,learning,psychology,life,circumstances,etc.
